Monochromatic Card

If you like purple this just might be the card for you! Using a Penny Blank stamp (seen to the right of the card.) Purple cardstock was used for the base of the card and to stamp on. The background paper is an adhesive glitter paper that is incredible! It cuts, punches and even goes through the Cricut without creating a mess. It is available in 15 colors and Eva has it all! The sheer ribbon in purples is from PineCone Press. Normally I would pass on the purples but what can I say I love it. StampinEJ (Eva) is located within Debra's Cottage and if you haven't been there you need to check it out! Located in Costa Mesa at 2777 Bristol Street 92626. I have so many fun things to share with you so come back soon. Thanks for stoping by, Shari

Happy April Fools Day!

Aren't these cards fun! This was a recent Copic Card and Technique Class at Debra's Cottage. The students made 3 cards and had the option of adding on an additional card (the front pink one.)

Besides the basic Copic Marker Class students also used Lavender Flower Soft on the lilacs in the basket card (upper right corner), did paper piecing with the bunny in the flower pot. Both stamp sets are by Hero Arts. The pear card and the pink card in front gave the students the opportunity to use Elizabeth Craft Decals and Micro Glitter and add color using their Copic Markers! While the class already occurred you can get any of the supplies you need by visiting Debra's Cottage!

I'm Back!

Whoo hoo! I'm back! I did not realize that it had been so long since my last blog and I'm turning a new leaf and will be blogging more frequently! Lots of changes in this past year with Stampin Up, their color groupings and they are back to 1 Big Idea Book and Catty! They will still have Mini Catalogs and Sale-A-Bration just ended yesterday! Lots of cards and things to share so over the next few days and weeks we'll catch up. So keep checking back! Shari
